photo Member Question: Hydration on Hot Days for Sprint Triathlons
In both races (both were around 90 degrees during the run) however, during the run I felt like I had consumed too much fluid on the bike.

    Member Question from BrendanOB

I just completed my second triathlon, the Austin Tri (Sprint). In both triathlons I've done, I was worried about under-hydration (both were around 90 degrees during the run). In both races however, during the run I felt like I had consumed too much fluid on the bike. Therefore, I felt a bit "burpy" for most of the run. Can you discuss hydration strategies for sprints? How much to drink, when to drink, what to drink.
    Thanks!
